Google Apps Script runs inside the Workspace you already pay for. No new subscription, no new system for anybody to learn, and no data leaving where it already lives.

How it works
Time the task
How long it takes, how often, and who does it. Multiply it out across a year. That number is usually the whole argument, in either direction.
Write and test it
Built against a copy of your real data, because sample data hides the exceptions and the exceptions are the point.
Hand it over and watch it
Live in your Workspace, with a note on what to do when something changes. Scripts that fail silently are worse than the manual job they replaced, so they are built to tell you when they break.
How long, and what it costs
Most single automations are a few days to two weeks. The timing is usually decided by how quickly we can get access and a real example of the data, not by the writing.
Price depends on scope, and we would rather look first than quote a range that turns out to be wrong for you. The first conversation is fifteen minutes and costs nothing.
Common questions
Does this cost anything to run?
No. Apps Script is included in Google Workspace. There is no separate licence and nothing new to subscribe to, which is the main reason it is often the right answer for a smaller business.
Is our data safe?
The script runs inside your own Workspace, under your own account, and the data does not leave it. That is a meaningfully different position from piping your information through a third party automation service.
What if Google changes something?
It happens rarely and it is usually small. Scripts we build are written to report failure rather than fail quietly, so you find out from an alert instead of from a wrong number three months later.
We are on Microsoft 365, not Google.
